I did not know Garrick or anyone in his office when I called after seeing an ad for a property auction. For various reasons, I needed to sell quickly and considered an auction as the way to do that. After visiting the property, Garraick urged me to go with a conventional sale.
Garrick and his team did a great job of representing and selling my home, which was a rather unique rural property, including a custom-designed home and four outbuildings. I was concerned as to how the property would be listed and described and in fact had taken photos for use in the listing in case the listing did not capture the unique character of the buildings and setting. To say the least, i was more than pleased at how they represented the property in the listing. They really caught the essence of the place, including aerial drone photos. I didn't feel a need to add a thing to the listing; they captured it.
I had 23 showings in three days with potential buyers coming from as far as 300 miles. We had five offers, all well over the asking price. Once the home was sold I had a lot of work to do getting things ready for the move and on two occasions I needed help, in one case literally three days before the movers were coming. Garrick was able to provide referrals to really good, supportive people who helped me out at reasonable cost.
In summary, Garrick and his entire team did a great job not just with the mechanics of listing and selling the home but providing the reassurance, guidance and information I needed for the process. There were no surprises. No curve balls and no BS. I feel completely comfortable recommending the entire Olerud Team for those looking to buy or sell property.

After consulting with another real estate agency Ann Rochen from the Olerud Team was referred to me. I contacted Ann and within an hour she was at my home. We discussed my goals and desires for the sale. Ann looked at the property from not only the realtor view but also from a buyers perspective. She was able to see additional uses for the land and improvements that a buyer might want.
Ann indicated that her goal was for me to get the most for my home and suggested listing my home $25,000 higher than the different agency suggested. The house eventually sold above the asking price.
There were alot of ups and downs with the sale of my house. Throughout it all Ann was always looking out for my best interest. She gave me options which allowed me to make informed decisions.
